Mirror Neurons Are Killing Me
I stare at myself on video calls. All. Meeting. Long. I'm exhausted from looking at my own face. Do other people look at themselves this much? This can't be healthy.
And there's always that one person who's just a black box. Who ARE they?! What are they doing?! Are they even listening to me?! THE ANXIETY.

I've started turning my camera off just to pretend I don't exist. It's liberating. I'm basically a ghost in meetings now. I love it.
