The Treadmill of Notifications

My watch buzzes: "You've received a notification!" Great! What is it?! I look at my watch. "Notification from: Phone." THANKS. VERY HELPFUL.

It also tracks my steps, which reminds me I haven't moved enough. Now I feel guilty AND lazy. Thanks, technology!
