The Cloud is Just Someone Else's Computer

"Your files are in the cloud!" Great! Where is that? Can I see it? Is it safe? What if the cloud rains? These are questions I need answered!

I have 47 GB of "free" storage which is not nearly enough so I pay $3 a month for more cloud. I pay monthly rent for digital space I can't even see.

What if the company goes under? What if there's a server crash? All my photos, my documents, my digital life... living in a cloud. This is terrifying.
