My phone notifies me about EVERYTHING. Someone liked my post! Someone didn't like my post! An app updated! An app didn't update! The weather changed by 0.0001 degrees!

I got a notification that my screen time was up. From my phone. Which I was using. To get the notification. ABOUT MY SCREEN TIME.

The Solution

I turned off notifications. Now I just have anxiety about what I'm missing. It's a lose-lose situation. I'm Damned if I do, damned if I don't.
