Someone made a group chat. Now 47 people send messages constantly. Memes, jokes, random thoughts, replies to messages from six hours ago. It's chaos.

I muted it. Now I'm anxious about what I'm missing. I unmuted. Now I'm overwhelmed. This is my life now. I live in this group chat. I will die in this group chat.

The Only Solution

I've started responding to messages with only "👍" to participate without actually participating. It's working great. They're probably annoyed but I can't tell because I muted them again.
